Only two things.
What you type into the enquiry form. Your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company and the name of whoever referred you, together with your message. Nothing on that form is collected unless you submit it.
Standard server records. Our hosting provider records the usual technical information when a page is requested: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and browser type. We do not combine these records with the enquiry form or use them to build a profile of you.
We use what you submit to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and your consent in choosing to write. Server records exist to keep the site running and secure.
Enquiries are delivered to a private internal channel that only the firm can read. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties for marketing. We will disclose information only where the law requires it.
Two processors are involved in operating this site: our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the server records, and the messaging platform that receives enquiries. Both process data on our instructions.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as we may reasonably need to refer back to it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Use the enquiry form and say so plainly; we will answer.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is no advertising pixel, no social embed, and no third-party script following you between sites.
One item, and only if you answer the consent banner: a small record in your browser's local storage remembering whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we stop asking. It contains your choice and the date, nothing else, and it never leaves your browser.
Should we later add analytics, they will load only if you have accepted. Rejecting means they are never loaded — not loaded-and-ignored. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

The text, design, diagrams and imagery on this site belong to Duon. Quote us with attribution; do not republish the site wholesale or use it to train a model or product without asking.
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and do not endorse it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
